Many things. And the most important and first thing is to change the concept of the site!
To be honest, I didn’t really understand what the essence of this portal was. Everything seems to be for brides, preparation for the wedding, but the emphasis is on advertising, and not on helping the visitor really prepare for the wedding.
I wanted to read "About the site" in order to enter at least like that - I did not find it.
But on the other hand, I can try something for free for 14 days!)) Only for this you need to register, and I'm lazy and usually register through the buttons of social networks, which are not there.
Having run through the sections, it is clear that the site is not being monitored, many necessary little things are missing, but in vain. Everything is in the details!
In general, try to go to it yourself as your potential visitor (such as a groom) who wants to organize his wedding using your portal (as I understand it is positioned approximately like this) and try to "use" his services.
Design as for me - norms, only adaptability is not enough. I didn’t look further (in the sense of more details), because the main problem of the site (in my opinion) is what I wrote about above.
PS And one more thing: in this case, specifically, if we take this site, then earnings on advertising of this type and in such a way, as for me, are the most stupid.

Regarding traffic, set up SEO, you can use a banner context, etc. but it's expensive IMHO
The cheapest way to attract is social networks, targeting, advertising in groups, etc.
But here the main question is who is your consumer, where from, what is the ultimate goal of attracting. Find answers to live questions find and where to look for target audience
