Where to look for cool sites (blogs) with information for review?

Greetings.
Surely many of us read various interesting blogs of people on IT (related) with a cool presentation and disclosure of information on the cutting edge. I stumble upon such blogs by chance and rarely and often it happens that you stumble upon them when they have already existed for a long time, and you only learn about them. For example, I recently stumbled upon the vas3k blog and today received a letter stating that the author will no longer maintain it. And there are plenty of such small projects, but, personally, little is known about them.
Where and how to look for such interesting blogs, who are you subscribed to and do not get enough of?

It's not a pity,
Digest Front, PHP on habré alexzfort
CSS Triks
Everything else is excerpts and mailings to the mail, the main thing is to look for diamonds from the cloud of shit information that is dumped on you. Plus, the more you grow as a specialist, the more you focus on foreign literature and blog authors. Since the whole movement is there.
I try to skip sites like Techrocks.ru , too much water.

I subscribed on Twitter to ~ 50 accounts of people and companies that post in areas of interest to me, and that's all, I don't need to do anything else (a larger number of subscriptions does not make much sense, everything starts to repeat itself there, roughly speaking, I subscribed only to those whom I knew who it at all). As something really “on the cutting edge” happens in the industry and has at least some practical significance, it immediately appears in the feed. Articles, tools, just interesting ideas - it's all there. You can come a couple of times a week and find out what's going on in the world. Such a kind of aggregator of everything worth it turns out.

primary sources with verified and unique information in English are most often not "cool"

I really like:
https://ruhighload.com/ - about highload and server optimization
https://css-tricks.com/ - some hellish layout examples
https://medium.com/ - articles about everything in basically theory. The service itself constantly offers something interesting to read
. Here I do not take into account sites like php.net, nodejs.org, learn.javascript.ru, developer.mozilla.org, etc. Where there is simply always tons of interesting information, but it is always enclosed in dry technical language.
Well, how can I miss the moment to advertise my blog, in which I publish various short notes on web development - https://code.patriotovsky.ru/
