What fax to choose as an alternative to Panasonic KX-FL423
The main task is sending and receiving a fax, more than 20k pages per year in both directions (receiving and sending), copying.

I have been receiving sending faxes at my old job, actively figuring the print and backup server on a Windows 2003 server for several years, without any MFP. I folded the received pdfs to the filesharu, sent them too, but I haven’t seen this one in 2003 for 8 years, so I don’t remember the details of the settings.
