Which editor is easier to make 3D models for printing?

Which editor is easier to make complex 3D models for 3D printing (SLA)?
I want to learn how to make complex high-precision and polygonal 3D models like characters, gears, parts for prostheses, etc.
Or which editor do you recommend?
I myself tend to blender, because, as I understand it, it is relatively easy to make any model on it and even program auto generation in python if the parameters change, for example, the number of teeth on the gear. Plus, I already tried to make a gear model on it, but the interface has changed relatively recently, and I don’t know the blender so well to figure it out again (that is, I don’t know in any way). I forgot to say that I want to make the characters embossed with polygons and not at the expense of textures.

You have to decide what exactly you need. Models are divided into technical, where geometry and dimensions are important (gears, housings, any mechanics), and artistic (sculptures, etc.). There is no software capable of both directions at the same time. For the first one there is Autodesk Inventor, Fusion360, solidworks, compass 3d. In art models I won’t tell you much, but there is autodesk 3d max and blender.
