What 3D software or plugin ideally renders SVG outline and preserves layer and object names?

Question for designers. In illustrator, if you render SVG, then in SVG the names of both layers and objects are reflected in the data-name property.
You need to find a software or a plug-in for 3D that would generate at least simple lines from 3D images in SVG, but so that the names of both layers and objects are also saved in SVG in some attribute. (I will make this svg transparent and overlay it on a bitmap to hang interactive scripts on them)
