Which editor is better to use for designing electrical wiring and SCS in an apartment?

Requirements:
1. Display and edit a 3D wiring project for a 2-room apartment, including the placement of switches and sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, Ethernet UTP/STP.
2. Calculate the specification, including the footage of wires of different sections, the number of fittings / devices.
3. Calculate the cross section of the wire based on the power of the connected devices.
The project will include a gradual improvement of the infrastructure of the apartment to a "smart home". At the repair stage, it is necessary to lay a twisted pair cable to each switch and / or lamp, provide for the placement of various sensors, a central control and monitoring unit. Basically a "wired" solution, with a separate Ethernet subnet, possibly with a gateway to a subnet with Internet access.
Possible options:
nanoCAD
BricsCAD
_ I do not want to understand that the editor is not suitable after a week of self-learning "at random".
These products have free versions, but it is not clear whether you need to buy something (and what to buy) to fulfill the specified requirements. It is advisable to use a solution that an engineer can independently master in 1-2 weeks, without going through paid courses.
I don't know if programs like OpenSCAM, LibreCAD, OpenSCAD, PCAD can work.
I would be grateful even if you specify the type of suitable design systems.

@bskydive

nanoCAD unsubscribed that SCS + Electro specializations are required for this.
BricsCAD needs PRO version
Apparently, they are not interested in the "private" market, although it would be great to see a cloud product with hourly payment.
While there are three ways out
- to pay an electrician (to run around with chalk and a tape measure)
- to use "trial" versions.
- write a plugin to sourceforge.net/projects/sweethome3d
Looked here www.autodesk.com/360-cloud - didn't find the price.
3D candidates:
sketchup + extensions.sketchup.com/en/content/wire-tool# + best-practices
sweethome3d
www.homestyler.com/designer
2D candidates:
https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Dia/
www.proficad.com
Most likely, you will have to somehow combine

@damnrocknroll

a good choice of free ones - nanocad (similar to normal autocad)
a good choice of "free" ones (torrent or trial) - autocad (allows you to collective farm as you like and a lot of video and non-video lessons; in particular, kompas is not made according to GOST and not according to allows rules badly)
