How to connect a user to a domain?

Good afternoon.
When authorizing a user in the domain, an error occurs: "Multiple connection to the server or to shares by one user using more than one username is not allowed .....".
The user was previously authorized on another computer, but was disabled during the connection.
On the server, I deleted the computer name that I would like to set to the user, but this did not help.
Can you tell me how to fix the problem?

Ctrl+Shift+Esc on the domain, Users tab, Find the right user and disable it forcibly.
