Which direction to choose?

I enter the University for a bachelor's degree and go through 3 areas: fundamental computer science and information technology, software engineering and applied computer science. What is the best direction for a future programmer to enter? As far as I understand, FIIT has more mathematics and bases, PrInzh has more engineering knowledge, and PI is mostly programming, but I'm afraid for the lack of a sufficient base and obsolescence of technologies.
