Are there universities in Russia that combine undergraduate degrees in IT and chemistry?

Could people who are knowledgeable in the matter please tell me if there are universities in the Russian Federation that allow, when becoming a bachelor, to go to work either as a programmer, or a chemist, or in a specialty that combines these two disciplines. Yes, there is some "infochemistry" at ITMO or "Nanotechnologies" at many other educational institutions, but I would like to have more specific information than what I found. Therefore, the question is, are there such places, and if so, how extensive is the range of specialties in them (is it possible to become a programmer when I am disappointed in the salary of a researcher?)?

I would suggest focusing on finding a university that provides a good major in chemistry.
Programming is included in the program of any technical university, but you should not seriously count on this program. At the same time, it is much easier to find Knuth and McConnell to read than to "catch up" with a serious basis in chemistry.
Which, as they joke on the Internet, in Russia is specially taught ugly as part of the fight against the illegal manufacture of explosives and narcotic substances.
