Which dimmer to use for LED lamps + Arduino?

Who used what boards / dimmer circuits to control the light from the arduino?
Actually, it is necessary to implement the control of IKEA LED lamps from Arduino through a 7-channel dimmer. The lamps are the same, no more than 10 watts, for example, such .
So far, the only options that I liked according to the description are: 8-channel and 4-channel .
They differ only in the number of channels and the method of control. Everything looks beautiful (including in their video), but there are fears that either the dimmer will not work correctly with these lamps, or the lamps will start buzzing at minimum brightness values.

I advise you to take and try.
The LED lamp plus has low power consumption.
Cons - poor spectrum and problems with dimming.
A 220 V lamp is an LED, at the input of which there is a current converter, about which the seller (and the manufacturer) will not tell anything (when you say "such lamps", you must understand that Ikea is not a power supply manufacturer, but a seller of goods).
Perhaps the risk-free way is to take low-voltage lamps (12 V?) with DMX electronic ballasts.
The Europeans recently came up with the Ledotron protocol as well, but at the last Smart Home exhibition, I was told that it had stalled. If you want, you can visit the "Smart Home" exhibition from October 31 to November 2 in Moscow at the Expocentre (although at exhibitions usually only managers who don't know anything).
