I found this device, I was very pleased with the price. Never worked on Arduino with GSM GPRS. Has anyone used this device? I didn't find any reviews for it. Will it work with an arduino?

судя по всему - подойдет. общаетесь с ним через последовательны порт AT-командами.

А что вас смущает - вот есть доки на английском вполне себе модуль.
