Which CRM to choose, which has WhatsApp integration?

We need a CRM that would meet the following criteria:
Ease of use for employees (Russian language), flexibility and ease of change in customization.
Routing and customer requests, and tasks.
Integration with WhatsApp (very important), email, Skype
The ability to simultaneously work with several tasks + understand that someone took this task into work.
Knowledge base.
Setting up non-linear funnels.
In general, this is the organization of such a mini CallCenter with different incoming channels and tasks for employees and smart prioritization and task routing.
