Problem integrating with Salesforce?

Unable to integrate Salesforce with another platform. OAth Error - 1800 An error occurred while configuring remote access. The error is most likely caused by a lack of access rights of the account with which we are trying to connect. There is nothing in the Sileforce logs. Tell me, please, who uses this CRM what rights (actions) are needed to connect
