What services are there for working with clients when developing a website?

I know that there are a huge number of management systems for working with customers. But I can't choose the right one. All development and project management goes through the mail, which is very inconvenient and not productive. Advise your (if any) services that you use.
Desired functionality:

  • Chat with a client.
  • Adding tasks.
  • Creation of a new project for a new customer.
  • Notification of a new letter in the mail (integration with mail services)
  • Prioritization

I will consider all the options you suggested.

From budget and simple options:
Try trello - great stuff.
Create a board for each project. You can add tasks, priorities, and so on to the board. In short, Kanban, everything.
Or use Google docs: there you can organize a chat and put comments in the document, and, in my opinion, there are even some notifications if someone has made changes to the document
. You can also look at megaplan or Bitrix24. For small teams, it's inexpensive

We use worksection.com
Correspondence in the same place or mail (I prefer mail), closed one of the stages, sent a letter to the customer in writing and he confirmed it with a reply letter. If suddenly there will be a swing later, there is a correspondence that you can quickly find / show / print, etc.
