There was a need to upload transaction data from AmoCRM for further visual analysis.
Question: is it possible to somehow upload data from amoCRM to MySQL, PostgreSQL or Access?

It is possible, their api is quite convenient, they provide almost all possible information. How exactly to get it and put it in the database - there are many options.
