Which CRM to choose for offline events?

Good afternoon.
There is a need for crm.
We need the following functionality:
1. so that you can lead customers, put tags that they are interested in by different tags (and then filter by them), it is possible to keep family ties (mother, daughter, son, etc.), keep track of their birthdays.
2. keep a calendar of events with the date, prices
3. put in the system who of their people were invited, who came, who paid how much (and so that it would remain in the history later)
4. accounting for event attendance - to easily see how many people came, for which period, which event was the most popular, etc.
now I only found captis.ru, but for 900 rubles a month it’s expensive (the free tariff differs only in that sending SMS from the site is paid and there is no way to put additional fields in customer cards (birthday, parents, children, advertising channels, etc. ,), especially since 1 user is enough.

The question is rather complicated, because. CRM is not suitable for these purposes. CRM is not just a system, it is a whole strategy.
The tasks, and even the functionality of CRM, do not include accounting and other unusual functions, such as accounting for events. These are tasks for accounting systems of the 1C type, just on the basis of which you can assemble the conf.
On the basis of 1C Trade Management, you can not only collect, but also develop the accounting forms you need: a list of events with descriptions, lists of invitees, acceptance and accounting of payments, incl. with printing receipts, report forms and much more.
