Hello!
Does anyone know an application, CRM or online services to control purchasing managers?

What functionality is needed:
1. Entering a list of goods with prices and units of measurement (pieces, kg, packaging, etc.)
2. Creating a purchase request - enter the goods and the quantity of each, the total amount should be displayed
3. After the purchase, the ability to close the application with adjustments for each product - how much was purchased and at what price with the formation of the final purchase price.

Or is it easier to do this yourself on your domain?

It makes sense to bother yourself on your own domain if you are ready to support the growing functionality and Wishlist like "here we have a three-kilometer Yoksel with macros - we need to import it ..." and in some bright future bring it to a really working CRM.
A separate tool will be scanty and with serious problems at the input-output. Who will enter and update prices and how? How the application will be displayed, how to substitute the details in it, and which of the three, and then we need to stick a facsimile, since we output it anyway, and what is it that the trainee sees everything, we need to cut access to him ...
If the prospects are not scary - well , in principle, nothing complicated, basically working with tables and ready-made modules, if you immediately take a normal framework.
