Which CRM or database is right for a window company?

Good afternoon. I say right away that I am just starting to figure it out and I ask you to be understanding.
Looking for an answer on the Internet for a CRM request, I stumbled upon this resource. After looking at several topics, I realized that they would definitely be able to help here) I am looking for some kind of CRM or a database for a window company.
The main tasks can be seen in the screenshot below. At the initial stage, the entire database was in google sheets. In principle, everything suits except for a long load, as well as the ability to create reminders of repeated calls and similar things. Moreover, the company is actively growing, employees are multiplying and soon it will be ridiculous to use google spreadsheets. Another problem is attaching files to the client (calculations, sketches, invoices). Every time you have to create a folder on the PC, create a link to it in google drive and manually insert it into the database. Not very convenient and fast.
There is no need for integration with the site yet, you just need a convenient base with reminders.
Maybe I don’t need CRM at all)))

I would also like to combine all this with the ability to set tasks with reminders like MEGAPLAIN and PYRUS (very convenient and simple, but I didn’t find reminders in it)
Main criteria:
Easy to use and configure
Russian language
Preferably free, but not necessarily
Preferably a cloud service if it is possible with my requirements. There is no server and I'm not sure what is possible to do. (I can’t even imagine where to start)

Look at bitrix24.ru there and CRM and tasks and Wiki and what the hell else. You just need to sit down and figure out the settings.

I think that you will suit and should like the Client Base. There is a cloud, a local version, installation on a hosting. A sort of online Microsoft Access, only more flexible and understandable. Much can be done without programming knowledge, and even those examples can be acquired. Bitrix24 is hefty expensive and not simple, but this system costs a penny, there is a free version. I have been using this application for a long time in all my recent works to automate the routine - you can adapt it to anything, absolute clay. I love this system, I am ready to help with the implementation.

why? If you use the table as a regular excel, I think yes. But it's no secret that a google spreadsheet can be turned into a full-fledged crm in which it will be:
- sending notifications automatically when events occur, making changes, etc. (email, sms, telegram)
- generating documents according to a template: contracts, acts, specifications, kp, etc.
- setting up the cost calculator according to parameters: area, type of windows, etc.
- it is possible to integrate soy web forms, for example, a kp generator, where the manager simply checks the box and the output is a finished document
- integration with telegram
- notifications for clients by SMS, etc.
- creation of personal accounts for users
