Do you recommend a program for accounting for orders, goods in stock, cash control, a profit report?

The system must meet the following requirements:
- so that the program works through a browser (so that customers can log into their personal account and see the status of the order)
- so that it can be installed on their VDS
- so that it is in Russian
- so that you can make changes yourself (i.e. . open source program)
- correctly calculated the stock and profit
- not SaaS
- it is desirable that it be developed in PHP
The list can go on and on, but the above is the basis for the requirements for the program.
