How to choose a CRM for a company?
There is an operating company that is engaged in the import and sale of equipment, services for "own" and other people's equipment (like a SC with consultations). How to choose the right CRM system that will help automate task setting, work with clients within different departments, etc.? I have an understanding of how CRM works in the sales department. But how to bring the work of related departments with the same client into one CRM (this is an example) and what kind of platform can it be? Tell me which way to dig?

Dig towards integrators.
They will interview you, select a product and draw up an integration plan.

If the business is more or less non-standard (not just another buy-sell company), then picking up a ready-made CRM so that its integration under your PSU does not cost overdone money is quite problematic.
It seems to me that such a program as Kikidler, for example, will be much better than a conventional CMP system, just read about it, it also records each monitor and you can watch it online. We are still testing the free version, we like it.
