Bundle of CRM (bitrix24), call track and google analytics?

The site is configured to receive a client id and the data is correctly transferred to google analytics.
Now it is necessary to link the client id with a specific client/deal/call (if I understand correctly, this is done through CRM), and then, upon a successful (offline) deal that will be recorded in CRM, send the data to GA.
Please tell me how to implement this scheme or where to find information about such integrations.

1. You need to set up automatic transfer of leads from the site to B24
2. When transferring leads, pass the client id to CRM
3. In CRM, create a link that you need to click on in case of a successful transaction in order to transfer data to GA - measurement protocol
