How to execute a script for the responder and non-responders in the queue?

Setting up asterisk and planfix integration.
An incoming call comes in and goes to the queue. How to catch the moment when an employee picks up the phone? In what context of extensions.conf to call the API for the person who picked up the phone and for the others?
According to their instructions:


An example of using the API for an incoming call to a group of employees
- a call has started
for each employee, a request is sent with its ext and INCOMING and the same call identifier for all - while the planfix shows a window that there is a call
- one of the employees picked up the phone
for him, ACCEPTED is sent
for the rest COMPLETED with Cancelled - at the same time, the call window disappears
(the call identifier is common for everyone and the same as it was in the start event)
- the call is completed,
COMPLETED is sent with Success and ext of the employee who spoke. - a window is shown in the planfix that the call is completed, analytics is recorded
