There is an online store with self-written online-crm in php.
Call center operators require a PBX with call forwarding, etc.
There are quite a few solutions on the market like Mango, Sipuni, ...
But, as far as I understand, none of them provide integration with their software.
Maybe someone knows if there are such solutions?

Take a server, plug in ISDN cards if necessary (it's better and cheaper to just take a SIP trunk, but you need to choose a good provider so that the quality is at the level), install Elastix (it's easy to set up). The result will be much more flexible, more functional and with almost unlimited possibilities for integration and everything that comes into your head and at the same time much cheaper than a hardware solution.
