Good afternoon.
We want to make a full-fledged online store (web + CRM + 1C) + integration of all this.
Please advise which platforms are the most optimal? We are now offered the wooCommerce + amoCRM + 1C option. There are others on the market, we have seen them (prestaShop + Bitrix24 + 1C). What is better to use? The number of goods is planned to be about 10,000 items. Users up to 5 people. Moreover, we think that maintaining a product card in 1C is a normal solution or is it better on the web?

If you choose a bundle with 1C, then it is more correct to keep the card in 1C, as a master system. The Bitrix + 1C bundle works, but there will be many surprises :) I will not recommend my system, but I will say that you will change the back office the least often, and you can connect different storefronts (front what the client sees). Therefore, the main thing is to pay attention to the interaction between systems (protocols, formats)

If there is no expertise in IT, or there are doubts that the developer company will close, then it is better to take the Bitrix + 1C + Bitrix24 product line (Expensive, but reliable and stable for small and medium-sized stores).
