How do business automation services earn?
Hello everyone
Now I'm looking at business automation systems. I noticed that, except for automation systems for restaurants and hotels, where there is a large specialization, all systems actually duplicate 1C, but at the same time they cost several times more. How do such systems earn if it is more profitable and easier for customers to buy 1C?

The most important thing is implementation.
Complex systems without implementation are meaningless.
Secondary things, but also important:
Historically (there were no alternatives before, or they were not known about them, and now they just update the version)
Brighter advertising presentation, individual work on persuasion.
Preferences of employees (repeatedly met when a new chief accountant / financial manager, upon coming to work at a company, initiates the procedure for a complete replacement of the accounting system of this company)
Excellent technical. support (by the way, this is a good income for years).
If you want to write your own system and just sell it, moving away from interacting with customers, you won’t be able to make money.
A system without support and implementation is not needed.
If you sell a distribution, and other people will implement and support, then your income and the income of these implementers will differ incomparably. And 100 times and not in your favor.
1C is bought and used for simple typical cases.
As a rule, there is already experience in working with 1C.
In addition, do not forget that 1C is easily finished to suit individual requirements.
However, finishing 1C is good money, many times higher than the cost of 1C itself. And once in 100 - easily. And it is not 1C itself that receives them.
