How to choose a CRM for a recruitment agency?
Recruiting agency needs a solution. Now we are actively developing and the question arises of attracting remote employees (recruiters).
To control their work, we are looking for some kind of CRM solution. The main requirement for the system: integration with the main work sites (superjob.ru and hh.ru): the ability to work with sites through CRM, moderate access to various sections of the site (optional requirement).
Better is an easily customizable open source solution with a simple and clear interface. If you know something very expensive and very high quality, then this will also help a lot.

There are no miracles, all the bumps will still fall on the "choose" one, I recommend the following plan:
1) something expensive and of high quality - you yourself will find it in YandGugel - enter CRM, and that it will be advertising. Let there be Terrasoft. You agree, give a lot of money, pledge in support. You work.
2) you can still look at https://www.bitrix24.ru/prices/self-hosted.php , but they have a difficult reputation, due to the shitty old Bitrix product (they say 24 is completely different), it’s hard to say what the final adaptation will cost, and whether it will be done at all. They declare that everything custom is possible (unlike any Megaplans)
3) take the main developer you trust, give it 3 months, and stop at PHP (SugarCRM) or Python (ODOO). And here and there you can buy paid implementation / completed services, at an average price, if the proger can't handle it. But for sure, everything can be washed down and finished, but in time it can stretch. So in the end, no matter how more expensive item 2 will come out. Therefore, before making a decision, the proger needs to be put in a hurry and click "what is ready, what to cut."
The same with the first two (well, in Terrasoft it’s hard to click before getting into a contract)
