Work with general email with orders. Email CRM?

Welcome all.
We run a small business, there is a general mail with orders and communication with suppliers. There is a separate accounting system. I would like to find a solution for working with mail (On Yandex, not Gmail), in order to better structure the process of communication with customers and suppliers. For example, combine several letters into one order. Standard labels and folders are not very suitable.
There is a great thing www.streak.com, but it's only for Gmail boxes. I would like to find an analogue for any mail. Some very simple CRM. Now it's either a huge harvester or an add-on for Gmail.
