Through what services / programs to connect Tilda, Trello, telegram channel / chat and bot in it?

Good day!

My friends and I do not understand the crm area and work with data, we do not know convenient services either, we came up with such a crutch implementation, but I would like it to be more optimized.
In order to understand the essence, I will write a little more.

They came up with a solution.
There is a selling site (tilda) with a catalog, the form is linked to Trello
. The staff is 15 people, everyone works remotely and is not familiar with each other.
This staff must be notified of a new order, so the staff has a telegram channel where the bot should drop orders from Trello with the "Take Order" button below, when one of the employees clicks on the button, the order becomes inaccessible to others
. This is the backbone, further delivery And so on.

As ideal
The client went to the site, chose, ordered, paid
The application appeared in some place, for example Trello
The entire staff of employees should be notified of the application The application must be
executed by one person, after taking, the application becomes inaccessible to others ate), there is a deadline in the application.
The person who took the application notifies in some way about the readiness of the order.
Next comes the delivery to the customer, etc.

Please suggest applications and services for the implementation of such a task, preferably automated, it is also possible through crutches. I will also be glad to advice on optimizing some processes!
