How to change Bitrix24 crm form code?

After creating a lead capture form in Bitrix24 CRM, Bitrix gives the script code to be placed on the website. And this code will pull the form code from Bitrix.
How can I insert the form code itself (which is pulled up)? Because in our form there are hidden fields that are filled in by default and the value of these fields differs depending on which page the form is placed on.

Bitrix24 provides creating leads via API. You can do this:
- make up the HTML form you need
- write a simple php script to send leads to Bitrix24
- enjoy the result
