Question about CRM implementation?

Hello! Such a question, in the company where I work they want to implement a CRM system.
The choice fell on amocrm and bitrix24.
The task is the following, so that when an application arrives, the manager himself could issue invoices from crm and this would be recorded in 1c of the accountant's enterprises. I looked through the instructions, but I can’t understand how crm will be synchronized with 1c if, let’s say, the accountant’s computer is turned off.
Please explain this to me!

@fosihas

upon receipt of the application, the manager could issue invoices himself

the account is not an accounting entity, only a managerial one. And the numbering can be any, not end-to-end.
The accountant needs the implementation of this account, the receipt of money. Up to this point. It is not needed in the Accounting database.
In this case, not every second exchange is quite acceptable.
It can be accepted by the organization that the Accounts are issued only by CRM, they will be immersed in the boon a little later. If an accountant needs to issue an invoice in his database, in this case, enter a difference in account prefixes.

1c runs on the server, while the accountant has only a client.
