What are CRM systems based on a wordpress site?

The question is probably very lamer, but there is nowhere else to ask, but the answer is needed :). So, there is an idea to provide site users with the opportunity to create their account in CRM based on the Wordpress site. Nothing like that, most users are freelancers, so the to-do list, project readiness, the ability of the client side to study the progress of the project and other simple functions.
BUT. I'm at a crossroads: on the same CodeCanyon there are similar ones, for example, this one: https://themeforest.net/item/flatlab-bootstrap-3-r... But I still don’t understand - similar CRMs are only for one user (admin) or for any number of users? If for one, then maybe there are proven solutions for a similar task? 2 facts are important: White Label and entry only from a specific site (ours). Thank you!
