Help find an open source CRM that can keep track of each fitness club client's personal characteristics (weight, waist circumference, chest circumference, etc.). Maybe it's not CRM.

Not open source - AmoCRM can do that. This is how we write fields for the restaurant by order of the client, each salad fits in.
Open source - vTiger can do it anyway. This is if in php. If Ruby is redmine, but a little dreary with her, a lot of fuss to take off.
In general, you can throw this yourself in two days on Laravel.

Creatio can do this for sure, I have every counterparty and contact in it is detailed to the smallest detail and everything can be quickly set up for yourself, remove the excess and add every fad of interest, during my work I have not tried this CRM so far I like it the most
