How to replace Bitrix24?

The company uses Bitrix24. We use, tasks, CRM general ad feed, disk.
Problems we face:
* There are problems with synchronization in the disk. Especially for new connections and on Macs
* the desktop client is used for chat. Often loses connection and messages do not reach
* task interface is too bloated. Functions suit, but too large and not obvious in the filters.
Looking for a replacement. Maybe not one service (Yammer, for example), but several. If there are several, then it is critical that there is a login through Google or mail (for example, Yandex).
We do not want to raise our server yet. Some money is ready to pay for services.
For example, what do you like:
* Asana - quick and easy
* Yandex.Disk - there are applications, a normal interface, there are no problems with synchronization. Rights work well. Minus - little space
* AmoCRM - simple and clear. It costs money for 15 users
* Skype or Telegram as a chat / video chat It is important to have applications for poppy and smart
. I don’t want a zoo. Nearly all of the 20 employees will be chatting. Everyone needs a disk (~20-30 gigs). Use of other applications depending on the positions.

Experience:
Drive - Google Drive. Also a POISON and Dropbox option. The latter, IMHO, is the most convenient of all, but I don’t know how it is with poppies. In any of the three cases, you will have to pay extra, but you are ready to pay for services. As I understand it, we use Drive just because of the place, 15 free gigs.
Chat - IRC. Everyone has their favorite client, proven over the years. We have it local, but it is quite possible to create a password-protected chat on some server, as far as I know.
Bitrix24 - for tasks, and only for tasks.

if you have trouble with licenses for users, look at Basecamp or Worsection
for both users - unlimited
in Worksection - trump filter in the task, you can connect your ftp and don’t worry at all with the place. They also promise to connect dropbox. GoogleDrive - already connected. Works fast. Of the minuses - CRM is still at an embryonic level.
In the camp - you probably know yourself. Everything is licked, but for extended functionality, you need to pick plugins.
from CRM - I also like the Estonian Pipedrive.
