How to access Bitnami Redmine via internet?

Hello.
I am integrating a project management system into the company, Redmine was chosen.
Due to the complexity of installing individual components (for me), I used a ready-made installation package from Bitnami (Bitnami Redmine).
After installing redmine Opens in a browser at 127.0.0.1/redmine, but I don't understand how to give access to project members, for example through a phone application.
Please explain how to make it possible to access the system from other machines connected to the Internet? And also from mobile devices.
ps wiki from redmine site, didn't explain anything to me

@ensaid

Let's first understand "from the inside"

After installing redmine Opens in a browser at 127.0.0.1/redmine,
Where does it open up like that? From the server, yes? =) same localhost
And the address of the server? And dns is registered? Roughly speaking, from another computer, how will you open it?
As soon as you understand access within the network, you can move on to the outside.
options are already possible there - port forwarding, publishing on something like TMG, etc. - depends on the architecture of your network.

VPN to help you. Or port forwarding (port mapping) on the firewall.
