Which CRM system / bug tracker to choose?

A small team is looking for a convenient system for internal work with common requirements (see below).
Based on your experience, you may be able to advise the most suitable solution.

  1. Specifying the role of the participant on the project
  2. Checklist in ticket
  3. Attaching files with descriptions to tickets
  4. Ticket statuses
  5. Ticket Priorities
  6. Project discussion
  7. Reporting on the project (something like a discussion)
  8. Reassigning tickets to project participants
  9. Attaching files with a description to the project
  10. Understanding who is leading the project
  11. What deadlines + we meet or are ahead of (what God is not joking))).
  12. At what stage.
  13. Does everyone remember what they need to do or have they forgotten?
  14. Submitting an application for revision
  15. Openness of information for all project participants, so as not to explain 10 times.
  16. A useful opportunity for the client to directly write to us through the CRM appeal for improvements. ( not necessary)
  17. Desirable adaptability
