Which copyright license to choose?
Hello, I need to find out which license to choose for a specific product. I know where to look, but I'm too lazy... I thought that for sure someone had already been interested in this issue before me, and found out everything, and could reduce my time. So, you need a license that allows you to use the product for free, but does not allow you to make changes, modify, or distribute on your own behalf.

There is a whole resource devoted to a brief overview of the "do/don't": https://tldrlegal.com/
What is a "product"? Licenses are usually written for a specific type: software, book, artwork (photo, drawing, etc.), etc.
What does it mean to "distribute in one's own name"? That is, just redistribute?
If the product is software, then there is simply no pool of non-free licenses, such as free ones - small proprietors write licenses for themselves individually, peeping at a neighbor. There is nothing difficult in this - it does not take much intelligence to forbid. But if you are afraid that you will not be able to formulate what you have stated in the question in good English, then you can use some kind of generator, for example: www.binpress.com/license/generator
