Found in the Windows Phone Store a full clone of my Android game - with my name, art, etc. Filled out the form through their complaints system ( go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=309172 ), later attached the completed form in Word. Based on the history in their ticket system, a notice was sent to the pirated developer to take down the app within 24 hours and provide an explanation, but a few days later the app is still available and no further action is taken by Microsoft. At the same time, users continue to download the application and leave reviews.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes to uninstall an app and are there any other ways to speed up the process?

Write a polite letter in which you ask about the timing of the resolution of the ticket and inform that if there is no response within N time, you will be forced to resolve the case in an official manner.
Everyone usually responds to such letters.
