Is there a proprietary library or platform from Microsoft for machine vision?

Somehow I didn’t immediately find what developments / libraries / technologies from Microsoft itself are for the development of machine vision systems? OpenCV and wrappers for Microsoft languages - understandable, but is there anything official?
