What happens if you steal content from sites in bulk?

Interested in the question, what will happen to a site or application that will steal content from sites and wrap it in its style shell (CSS) in bulk?
Our application plans to rob up to 10,000 pages per day.
There is a list of sites. Example www.adme.ru www.lookatme.ru allday2.com num.slinky.me greshki.ru etc. List of 200 sites.
To what extent does this violate the rules and what could be the consequences? After all, VKontakte essentially does this and no one is against it, and there are a couple more applications that steal content.
Can you explain why this can't be done?

You will sleep poorly, look around nervously, gain weight from stress, and so on.
Look at the deputies, they get rich on theft, but they look pathetic.
Conscience can still be hammered, but you can’t agree with karma.

Because theft.
As a child, perhaps in kindergarten, my mother did not teach that stealing is bad.

There is a cbs channel, and there is ntv. If the series is shown on cbs, then this is most likely a great series. If on NTV, then it is most likely cop wars. So, for content from the VKontakte site, this is cbs, and your application is ntv. The first one makes advertising for them, while yours stupidly steals and parasitizes. Achieve the same attendance and you will be cbs too.

If you don't want fines and problems, please provide a link to the source. In the vast majority of cases, this will remove all questions from content owners from you.

Nothing will happen. But you will be contacted with requests / demands to remove the content, or to put a link to the source. At the bottom of the sites that you rob, read, they usually write there how they can be "honestly robbed" or not at all.

Nothing bad will happen. Authors can contact a hoster or a domain registrar, and the site can be closed. Search engines (Yandex, Google) can give a filter and the site will not be in the search results.

Content aggregator is a normal practice and there are examples when traffic on such aggregators grows very quickly for such projects. Put an inactive link to the source, offer a convenient sorting of material with your own features and advantages as an aggregator and everyone will be happy, the same surfbird is a vivid example of the implementation of a "smart" aggregator

If the description is the same, then the PS may block you, otherwise they may only ask you to delete the content, and if you don’t delete it, they can do little.

There is an alternative. Design your site as a tracker / shell and cooperate with them.
You site, advertising for them, convenience for users. There is such a service for torrent trackers.
The harm from you will be the theft of traffic. NYT ran into Google because of this

Wow, I haven't experienced this kind of bullshit in a long time. But when he suffered things were as follows. PS indexes everything, but slowly and in the issue shows below the original. If you sell links at the same time, then a ban is guaranteed in a few months.
