Which cms to use for this case (flow site)?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, which system (cms) can be used in this case:
my classmate and I are creating a website for the flow, on which we post not only lectures (for example, there are many formulas in Mathan that would be convenient to write in MathJax), but also another important information.
Now we use getgrav.org - it's a convenient system because everything works out of the box and no database is needed. That is, we are not tied to mysql, and we can easily transfer the system from one server to another (this is how I have a website backed up at home, when on the server I simply transfer the entire folder to an archive disk).
But the fact is that as publications, etc. our demands are growing: now there is a need to create user groups with access to certain pages (grav has such an opportunity, but groups for access to certain pages, as well as the aforementioned MathJax, do not work with binding to the TinyMCE custom plugin), in addition, there is a desire set up MathJax, do something like a "live tape" (on the main page now every time we "edit" this tape ourselves, adding new information to it), and, in detail, those things that are inconvenient / impossible to implement in Grav.
There was a question of moving to a new cms, but there is a choice - where? Wordpress is heavy if you put some plugins like page editors (although they are not really needed), while the VI has a database, which is not very convenient (although again there is not much difference, we can replicate it).
But somehow, using it for a year on another project, I got tired of it, and it also works for a long time and inconveniently on my host.
So, the question itself is, what content management system can be used for such a non-trivial task - a stream site at a university, so that there is a separation of rights, a file archive (preferably like a regular index of /), a feed (news), MathJax support and a TinyMCE editor?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Our site for acquaintance (maybe even advise you to stay, although I am not inclined to this)
