Which CMS to choose for an online store with two types of prices?

The budget is tiny, it is not visible even under a magnifying glass :)
What is required:
- an online store with an intuitive content management system;
- two types of prices, retail - for unregistered users, and wholesale (the price for retail is set at an extra charge, just calculating the discount is not suitable). Wholesale is shown after user login;
- payment by bank card / the ability to embed a service such as a robokassa or a payment widget from Yandex money;
- there are a lot of goods, 9 categories, subcategories up to the second level of nesting;
- Possibility of registration at the time of placing an order;
- line for comments to the order.
