Which CMS to choose for a solution site?

Good day everyone! Please help me choose a CMS for a site that hosts ready-made solutions. Over the years of practice, a lot of solved examples from different collections have accumulated, I want to put them in the public domain, so the question arose of choosing. I left MediaWiki aside a little for now, as it seems to me to be far beyond my needs. I looked at DokuWiki, but it is on files, so by giving each example a file, we can get an excess of the limits allocated on shared hosting.
Wishes for CMS are as follows:
1. A separate page is desirable for each example, so the engine should not crash from 7-8 thousand pages or more.
2. Ease of administration
3. Ability to register new users
4. Ability to rollback changes
5. Unloaded interface.
Searching the site is not particularly important, since the main page will only contain a list of problem books, by entering which you can see examples available from these problem books.

What's wrong with WP? Tags, categories, revisions...

Static via
git + .md/.rst + https://help.github.com/articles/using-jekyll-as-a...

therefore, by giving each example a file, we can get the limits exceeded
on normal hostings there is no such restriction
