Can this site be copied?

The customer asked to completely copy this site: apparently
it is on WordPress.
How much data can be extracted from there?
I understand that I obviously won’t take out the database from there, but
what can I do after I pull out the entire structure with styles and scripts?
Pull again on wp and create a new database?

you can copy everything, but it makes little sense - no one will go to a copy if there is already an original
