What do you think about paid CMS like DataLife Engine?

Never worked with paid CMS.
Now the customer is asking for DataLife Engine.
Superficially looked, everything seems to be there. The customer likes how the admin panel is arranged. Indeed, she is very friendly, unlike MODX.
What do you think about this and similar CMS, is their use justified, what are the strengths and weaknesses? Are they worth their money?

If it fits, then do it. In any case, there is nothing similar and close. More or less similar to Livestreet and Alto CMS.
