Which CMS to choose for a high-load blog written in ReactJS?

What is the best CMS as a REST-API for a ReactJS application that will give speed and withstand a large flow of visitors + will be as safe as possible, settled on Strapi is there a better option?
PS Will Strapi be much faster than Wordpress coupled with ReactJS?

Strapi is a great option, I myself am now planning to use it for a new project, the only thing you need to understand is that the real difference can be seen on a really high-loaded project. If it is a blog with a traffic of several thousand people a day, then you can also start a blog on wordpress.
For example, I plan to write my project on react + strapi just because I'm interested in these technologies :)
