Which CMS to choose for landing, WordPress or Modx?
In addition to editing content, there is a need to fine-tune Yandex maps from the admin panel. Calculation of distances from the selected mark to the given point. Setting up counters. Replacing numbers for sending SMS. Convenient selective setting of promotional prices for goods.
With both familiar superficially. Interested in the opinion of people who have done similar tasks.

Modx is simpler and more transparent in terms of content editing and custom page/document structure building. But most of everything that comes after editing (I. maps, etc. will most likely have to be programmed / completed from the available extensions). But WordPress, in my opinion, has an order of magnitude more plugins / extensions than ModX.
