There are 3 entities.
Artist
Album
Song
The site needs to be able to display different types of pages:
Artist list
page Artist page with a list of his albums and songs
Album page with a list of songs
What is the best way to do it?
I'm looking more and more at Drupal.

If for a blog or something like that, then you can try LiveStreet, there seems to be functionality for this.

If you do not have programming skills, then Drupal is the only way out, although perhaps the worst possible one. Its versatility makes it quite heavy. It will be easy to assemble a working layout on it, but a serious project with a decent load is much more difficult.
