So maybe you don't really need a CMS either? You can quickly and conveniently edit the text of ordinary static html pages using textolite.ru

You know php and know how to administer cms - Drupal.
You do not know how to program in php and administer - WordPress
1C Bitrix - paid (probably) and especially cumbersome.
Look at each CMS, install it, look at the sections and then you will understand which one is more convenient for you. Good luck learning!

Of the paid ones (offhand) - Bitrix, UMI. Free - Drupal, Wordpress. And there is generally a mixture with Photoshop - MotoCMS.
