Need a CMS / CMS plugin for a catalog with filters, without any basket fees, just need a catalog with filters, preferably several catalogs

If you need a flexible solution and at the same time it is desirable to “program with the mouse”, then I think Drupal will suit you. Here you can create your own data types with a bunch of various fields, and display all this flexibly using the filter constructor that is in the Views module
