Where to create a diary / note for work (IT-sphere)?

Dear Toasters.
I really need a diary / notepad for work (IT sphere) in order to normally (systemically) save the necessary information, materials for work, make notes, drafts for work ...
Need: sections, categories, search, tags, preferably a photo gallery, access only_to me
+ the ability to backup would be useful
(i.e. everything that is in a simple site)
Solution:
a) a closed site, for example on WP
b) a blog / diary (I think Liveinternet / Blogspot is normal)
Pluses of the site - guaranteed safety of information, secure hosting, everything according to my rules PAID
Pros of the diary - Free, easy setup
QUESTIONS
1. Maybe there are systems for my request, specially sharpened for this?
2. How do you solve such problems at work? (accumulation, storage and systematization of large volumes of information and ideas)
ps
I know and use: Evernot, Pocket, etc. These solutions are not suitable for such a global task.

There is an option in the form of software - www.giuspen.com/cherrytree , the file itself with entries in the dropbox, attached as a screw section, although I keep it on a flash drive along with installed software versions for different operating systems. There is nowhere safer + you can put a password on the file itself, which is important if you lose a flash drive.

I will not be in a stream and I will advise a simple workflowy.com - a service that allows you to build hierarchical lists with infinite nesting. Incredibly simple interface with enormous possibilities.

GitHub/Bitbucket. In general, repositories (public and private), Gist'y, Wiki for repositories. Plain MarkDown, which is very convenient. If you really need it in the form of a site at some point, drive it through Jekyll.
In general, if you really approach it wisely and make a large knowledge base - GitBook . You can do it yourself for free .
